I can't remember my student account password...what do I do?

CLICK HERE, and enter your name in the following format FirstName.LastName (notice the period between names), and your password will be emailed to you via the email account you listed in your student profile.

How long does my order take to ship to me?

We ship almost solely via United Parcel Service (UPS), and have found that most orders arrive within 5 business days from the shipping date, which usually takes about 1 or 2 business days. So please allow up to 7 business days (approximately 10 calendar days) for your order to arrive.
